Asset Management

HQMS Asset Management Application allows you to manage all company assets using one easy to use tool. You may associate your asset to a calibration record or other quality related application.

A New Asset may be defined in any set of defined criteria such as ID Number, Barcode, Serial Number, Manufacturer, Model Number, Useful Life, Owner, Department, Date Acquired, Location, Asset Type, Category Type, Supplier, Calibration Date and Description.

The View Assets List allows you to review and filter the list of available Assets. Once you locate the desired Asset, you may click on it to review the details.

Asset Reports provides a list of available reports for the Asset system such as the Asset Calibration Schedule, Asset List, Checked out Assets and many more.
