This issue pertains to an instance where Data truncation occurs within the Completed Audit Checklist report. Extraneous data usually contained in memo fields sometimes appears cut off in related fields of the Audit Checklist report report. The issue was identified with the initial release of Audit Master 4, version 220.127.116.11 and has been resolved in later version releases of the application. Please check your Audit Master 4 version by launching the application, then by clicking on “Help” at the top of the main window, followed by selecting the “About” option in the related dropdown window. Your application’s version will display in the “About” window.
If you find that you have version 18.104.22.168 installed, please make a backup copy of your database file and then uninstall your current version of Audit Master 4. Once Audit Master 4 has been successfully uninstalled, please download and then install the latest version of the application found at the below link:
