This issue pertains to instances where users encounter a “Run Time 339” error message when installing the application. This issue impacts the application’s installation process and generally halts the standard installation.

To resolve this issue, please click any available “cancel” options on the active installation screens in order to close the failed installation process. Next, perform a file search for these specific files: “crpeaut32.dll” “crystl32.ocx” “crpe32.dll”. Once these files have been located, delete them. After deleting the previous three files, backup your database file, then uninstall the application via the Windows Control Panel’s “Add / Remove Programs” feature. You will now need to download and then install the latest version of the application. The download link for the latest version of Maintenance Log Pro is below:

Please save the file from the above link to your Windows Desktop. Prior to installing the application, ensure that your Windows profile has full administrative access. Finally, double click the downloaded “Setup.exe” file to begin the installation.
