This issue pertains to an instance where a user may see “head” icons that have no related user names next to them in the “Released Copies” tab of Document, or Manual records. We have found that this issue occurs when a user is deleted from the application and as a result, Document Control System does not always automatically de-associate that deleted user from released document or manual records.

We will require you to provide us with a copy of your database file (the “.mdb” file Document Control System 2 uses to store your data) where we will run a specific query against it via Microsoft Access to remove the related “Heads with no names” icons.
