This issue pertains to instances where users encounter a “duplicate” error message during the database conversion process. The issue was identified within released versions of Calibration Recall 4. If you encounter this particular issue, please verify that you do not have duplicate “Custodian” names in your Calibration Recall 3.5.5 database. After removing the duplicate “Custodian” names, try to convert the database via Calibration Recall 4 again.
