This issue pertains to instances where Maintenance Log Pro users receive a “Read Only” error message when attempting to open any of the applicaton’s database files. This may also affect a user’s ability to create a new database as well. The issue was identified within the 1.1.0 release of the Maintenance Log Pro software. To solve the issue, perform a Windows search for the following file, “msjet35.dll” and delete it.

To proceed, please make a backup copy of your database file and then uninstall your current version of Maintenance Log Pro. Once the application has been successfully uninstalled, please download and then install the latest version of the program found at the below link:
