This issue pertains to an instance where Maintenance Log Pro users receive a “Run Time 339” error message when attempting to generate a report in Maintenance Log Pro. This issue occurs when the file, “Crystl32.ocx” is not correctly registered in Windows.

To solve the issue, please perform a Windows search for the “Crystl32.ocx” file, rename it to “Crystl32.old”. Next, please make a backup copy of your Maintenance Log Pro database file and then uninstall the Maintenance Log Pro application. After uninstallation is successfully completed, please download the latest version of the Maintenace Log Pro software at the following link:

Save the downloaded file to your Windows desktop. Prior to running the “Setup.exe” file, ensure that your Windows profile has full administrative access rights to install applications. Finally, double click on the “Setup.exe” file to begin installation of the Maintenance Log Pro application.
