This issue pertains to instances where users receive an “Unrecognized Database Format” error message when attempting to open a database in Document Control System 2. It has been identified that this issue is casued by user conversion of the database file via Microsoft Access to a later format which is unrecognizable by the application.

To resolve this issue, please reach out to Technical Support at 407-382-8750 between the hours of 9AM – 6PM Monday through Friday. We will require that you provide us with a copy of your database file (the “.mdb” file Document Control System 2 uses to store your data) where we will convert it back to its proper format and return it to you intact.
